Hongdukkae

Hongdukkae is a specialized seolleongtang (beef bone broth) kalguksu (hand-cut noodle soup) restaurant located in Pocheon. It maintains the traditional method of making noodles by rolling out the dough thinly with a Hongdukkae (a traditional wooden rolling pin), then rolling it up and cutting it with a knife, all in a long-simmered beef bone broth. Starting as a small restaurant, it has now built a new building, establishing itself as a renowned kalguksu establishment. The menu is simple, offering only hand-cut noodles and dumplings. There is a large parking lot in front of the independent building, making parking convenient.
