Moa Naengmyeon

A naengmyeon (cold noodle) specialty restaurant located in Munsan-eup, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do. The main menu items are mul-naengmyeon (cold noodles in broth) and bibim-naengmyeon (spicy mixed cold noodles), made with broth prepared in-house and buckwheat noodles freshly extruded by machine. Flower beef, pork bulgogi, and pork belly are supplied directly from the local livestock cooperative. The boiled beef brisket with cartilage served in broth is a unique specialty of this restaurant that is hard to find elsewhere. Pickup is available in the Munsan area. Parking is convenient, and it is a 5-minute drive from Jayuro Naepo IC.
