Hwangjeneungi Beoseot Baeksuk is a baeksuk (Korean chicken soup) specialty restaurant located in Ohak-dong, Yeoju-si, Gyeonggi-do. It is a standalone building with a spacious, comfortable interior and private rooms. The signature menu, Teuk Hwangje Haesintang, features a chicken topped generously with octopus, small octopus, abalone, shrimp, and cauliflower mushroom (neungi beoseot). All seafood is freshly scooped from the tanks immediately upon ordering and cooked, ensuring freshness. The chicken is made from carefully selected native chickens, cooked until the meat is tender.
