Geumnanjeong Pavilion

Geumnanjeong Pavilion, located in Samhwa-dong, Donghae-si, is a pavilion visible on the right side just past the ticket office starting point of Mureung Valley. It is a modest structure with three bays in the front and two bays on the sides, featuring wooden round pillars set on round granite foundation stones, and is built in the hip-and-gable roof style with double eaves. As you sit leisurely in the pavilion, surrounded by the sounds of the mountain birds and the flowing water of Mureung Valley, you can fully experience the natural ambiance away from the city center.
