Hyeonjisa Temple

Hyeonjisa Temple, meaning 'temple where the Buddha's wisdom is revealed,' is a Buddhist temple located in Sabuk-myeon, Chuncheon-si. It is situated overlooking the North Han River and is close to the Hwacheon Lotus Complex, making it a great place to visit together during a Chuncheon trip. The temple features a Seokgatap and a Dabotap in different forms from those at Bulguksa Temple, and 110,000 pink lotus lanterns cover the temple, creating a spectacular and unique sight. Regardless of religion, it is a place where visitors can take a walk inside the temple grounds and attain a devout and peaceful mind.
