Why travelers stop here
Grandma's Sundubu is a soft tofu restaurant located in Pocheon. The main menu is soft tofu, and the menu varies depending on which main menu you choose. The most popular menu is sundubu, and if you order jeyuk sundubu, stir-fried pork and ssam (wraps) are added. Regardless of what you order, a large pot of savory and soft tofu is brought to your table, allowing you to simmer it over low heat while eating. The side dishes that come with it include 7 to 8 types of namul (seasoned vegetables), boiled freshwater snails, and deliciously simmered doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew). Vegetables and seaweed flakes are added to a bibimbap bowl, and barley rice is served separately in a large bowl. Mix it with various vegetables and namul, doenjang jjigae, gochujang (red chili paste), and sesame oil on the table. The tofu and various side dishes made every morning make you want to eat them again even after going home. Parking is conveniently available in front of the store.
