A mountain located in Yeongheung-ri and Samok-ri, Yeongwol-eup, Yeongwol-gun, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, standing tall to the northeast of Yeongwol. Known since ancient times as Bongrae Chaeun (蓬萊彩雲), Bongraesan is one of the Eight Scenic Views of Yeongwol, rising to a height of 800m and serving as the main mountain of Yeongwol with excellent views in all directions. Along with hiking, visitors can enjoy unique experiences such as paragliding or observing the constellations in the night sky, making it perfect for a family hike.
