Bukgyeongbanjeom

Bukgyeongbanjeom is a Chinese cuisine restaurant located in Beopwon-eup, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do. The exterior of the building is decorated in black and red, while the interior is arranged with clean tables. The signature menu item is chomamyeon. Chomamyeon is a Chinese-style dish made by stir-frying vegetables, pork, and seafood in oil, then adding broth made from chicken or pork bones and boiling it again, similar to white jjamppong. There are also jajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. All meats and danmuji (pickled radish) are domestically sourced. Samseon jjamppong with seafood and bibim jjamppong with squid and onions are also popular. As a side menu, there are freshly fried crispy gunmandu (pan-fried dumplings).
